Thank you, the baking essentials class was absolutely fantastic. Melina has so much knowledge to impart, I learnt so many new skills & techniques. Being an apprentice baker I particularly enjoyed learning the science of baking and great tips on how to hold/use different utensils and piping bags.
Hi Tania. The baking essentials “Good Foundations” class was awesome. I learnt so many various baking techniques & everything was so well explained. I am a beginner home cook and feel so much more confident after just one class, can’t wait for Session 2.
