Just to let you know I loved the Duck, Pork & Pinot class. The Chef Soon was fantastic and I had no idea about all the regional produce in our area. The Berkshire pork was delicious and the tasting notes on all the different pinot's were appreciated. Definitely be back and recommending you. Regards. Margo
