Recipe: Mini Pudding Truffles

700g plum pudding

250g dark chocolate, melted

½ cup brandy

½ cup icing sugar

200g white chocolate

Red and green glace cherries

Crumble the pudding into a bowl and stir in the dark chocolate, brandy and icing sugar. Roll into balls and refrigerate.  Pour melted white chocolate on top to resemble mini puddings. Decorate with cut glace cherries to resemble holly.
