Format - Interactive - Part hands on and part demonstration, with lots of tips and tricks from our chefs during class.
Work together in small groups with your chef and classmates to master each recipe. At the end of the class, take off your apron, grab a glass of wine and sit down with your classmates to enjoy the masterpiece you have created. Classes are suited to all level of skills.

The style of Ottolenghi’s cooking originated in Israel where his roots lie, and also introduces the influences of other parts of the world including England, Europe and Australasia. This style of cooking utilises many spices in which will be a main focus in the class. This food is colourful, full of flavour and fun. The beginning of the class will be a lesson in spices and spices used in the class recipes.

Our 9 day Sicily tour was beyond our expectations. We traversed Sicily experiencing incredible locations, rustic food and fine dining. We were immersed into the Sicilian culture and lifestyle under the excellent guidance our wonderful tour guide Melina. Our 9 day sojourn was filled with incredible experiences which are now lifelong memories.
Our host, Melina was knowledgeable, friendly, energetic with a great sense of humour. She made each of us feel special. The food experiences were to die for! We tasted food that we would probably never have tried on our own and experienced authentic Sicilian hospitality. We enjoyed experiences that were off the beaten tourist track, stayed in sensational accommodation and made new friends. The tour was worth every cent!!

The most amazing tour travelling through Northern Spain. Absolutely enjoyed every moment of the Food I Am tour. From visiting the Artisanal producers of Anchovies & Cheese, to tasting the most delicious vinos in the Rioja Region, Tania & her team have provided an unforgettable experience. The thoughtfully chosen boutique hotels were perfect in every way. Always in the most incredible locations, right near The Gugeneheim Museum in Bilboa or tucked away in interesting little villages. We first took a tour with Food I Am in 2018 and it was a fantastic experience. This tour surpassed all expectations that we had. Getting the balance correct with your own time to explore, guided tours, understanding local culture and the influence of history on the very interesting villages and towns is not as simple as it sounds. Then add the fabulous food experiences and understanding of local ingredients took the tour to another level. The Basque cheesecake is best summed up as OMG. Tania dealt with any issues before we noticed and was very caring to everyone on the tour. Food I Am work hard to make your experience truly unforgettable. Tania and her extraordinary team created a wonderful itinerary for the Morocco Tour. Her attention to detail was exceptional, her thoughtfulness and sense of fun ensured the tour went off without a hitch. We had an incredible and diverse range of experiences, from riding camels in the desert, eating stall food in the Medinas, a cooking class, farm visits, a traditional Berber lunch, beautiful palaces and kazbars, stunning gardens and treasure hunting in the souks, to name a few. We shared some excellent classic and contemporary Moroccan meals in hotels and restaurants. The accommodation was wonderful, in carefully chosen boutique hotels, which were luxurious and delightful. We thoroughly explored Morocco in our 13 day visit. We made some great memories and loved every second of our trip.
