I was just finishing off the last of the macarons from our Sunday morning class, and it was even more delicious than the previous few days.

My egg whites are curing in the fridge and I am going to make another batch this evening, Charlotte and I had a lovely time and learned so much in the very short time we had together.

I am looking forward to another class soon. I have shown the photo to lots of my jealous friends and they seem to think that I should make a batch for them, I think they should invest in a class for themselves!
