Tania and her extraordinary team created a wonderful itinerary for the Morocco Tour. Her attention to detail was exceptional, her thoughtfulness and sense of fun ensured the tour went off without a hitch. We had an incredible and diverse range of experiences, from riding camels in the desert, eating stall food in the Medinas, a cooking class, farm visits, a traditional Berber lunch, beautiful palaces and kazbars, stunning gardens and treasure hunting in the souks, to name a few. We shared some excellent classic and contemporary Moroccan meals in hotels and restaurants. The accommodation was wonderful, in carefully chosen boutique hotels, which were luxurious and delightful. We thoroughly explored Morocco in our 13 day visit. We made some great memories and loved every second of our trip.

Belinda Cesnick, Cooking Class - May 2024

My group had a fabulous time from the moment we set foot in Food I am. We were welcomed with a coffee and built rapport with the staff and other participants prior to the class. We learnt so much from Jamie (our Chef) including knife skills, cutting techniques as well as cooking methods of various ingredients (which could be used in preparing any dish at home). The food we made together required different techniques which we learnt and collaboratively prepared. I would not have attempted this kind of food prior to the class but I am now eager to attempt these myself at home.
Following the preparation and cooking of our meals, we sat down and shared our platters that we had prepared, with a glass of wine, overlooking the amazing scenery of Wagga Wagga.
I would highly recommend a cooking class at Food I am to everyone in search of a different type of activity, filled with lots of fun, friendship and some education as well as a delicious dining experience. We will definitely be returning for another class.
