Martin’s world of gastronomy has seen him doing stints in the kitchen with Paul Bocuse and Rick Stein, working in radio as an on air presenter with Larry Emdur, Food editor for 9-5 magazine, chef on Channel 10’s Cheez TV, involvement with Channel 9’s Burkes Backyard and Today Show.

In 2007 Martin started working in events management, presenting at a corporate team building level. Martin creates dynamic events, working with companies to help realign their teams and goals. Having worked with some of Australia’s largest companies such as MTV, Bloomberg, University of Sydney , Belle Magazine, Opera Australia, Volkswagen, NRMA, Microsoft, EA Games and Vodafone, Martin is a favourite when it comes to dynamic team building events.
