Restauranteur and chef of renowned regional restaurant Limone Dining, Luke is a Griffith local with Italian heritage and grew up surrounded by food and culture.

Luke has worked with some of Sydney’s top chefs at acclaimed restaurants including Nino Zoccali from Pendolino and Giovanni Pilu from Pilu at Freshwater. He has also travelled and worked in Italy, gaining a wealth of experience working in Michelin starred restaurants.

Luke's passion and hard work has been rewarded with various scholarships and awards:

  • 2019, named the Appetite for Excellence ‘Young Restauranteur of the Year’

  • 2018, finalist in the NSW/ACT Young achievers’ awards in the small business category

  • 2014, awarded the Northern Sydney Institute Apprentice Student of the Year

  • 2013, awarded the Aqua Dining Group 'Young Culinary Achiever' Scholarship

  • 2013, awarded the Council of Italian Restaurants Australia (CIRA) Young Talent Award

Since moving back to Griffith in 2015 and opening his restaurant in 2016, Luke has been working hard to promote Griffith and the Riverina, its producers and products.
