I just want to say thank you again for the wonderful tapas and paella class we did yesterday with Amy.

During a recent trip to Europe I took part in two cooking classes. One in Paris and one in Tuscany. Whilst they were both fantastic experiences, I have to say that the class I did with Food I Am was better than both of them! The 'hands on' experience and the intimate and informative atmosphere at Food I Am is second to none.

All led by the wonderful Amy who makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease in the kitchen.
