Love your seafood? Miss the coast? We do too. The distance disappears in this class as we bring the very best the coast has to offer right here to Wagga Wagga, where our fishmonger and chef will teach you how to prepare the perfect contemporary seafood feast.

You will learn to:-

  • Scale and cook whole fish

  • Perfectly poach and then chargrill Octopus tentacles

  • Clean and segment whole crabs

  • Master the perfect (and quick) roast garlic and lime aioli and traditional tartare sauce

  • Singapore Chilli Crab

  • Chargrilled Greek Octopus with Ouzo Sauce

  • White Bait Fritters with roast Garlic Lime Aioli

  • Barbecued Snapper wrapped in banana leaf with Grape Tomato Salsa
