Junior Chef - (Afternoon Class) | 12-16 years - Secondary

Working both individually and in groups participants will learn how to master the art of cooking some tasty favourite dishes they can then replicate in your home kitchen.

Designed to help learn important life skills and build confidence both in the kitchen and socially this is a hands on class jam packed with fun and flavour. Students then enjoy a banquet style meal together tasting everything they've created.

Class menu includes:

  • Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi

  • Quick Tomato & Basil sauce

  • Apple & Cinnamon Crumble

  • Homemade Orange Cordial
