Working both individually and in groups participants will learn how to master the art of cooking some tasty favourite dishes they can then replicate in your home kitchen.
Designed to help learn important life skills and build confidence both in the kitchen and socially this is a hands-on class jam packed with fun and flavour. Students then enjoy a banquet style meal together tasting everything they've created.

Nadia’s Italian heritage has strongly shaped her cooking style and passion for food. Having worked in many kitchens throughout the Riverina, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep respect for traditional techniques.
Now a private caterer specialising in Italian cuisine, Nadia is known for creating authentic, heartfelt dishes inspired by family and culture. She enjoys spending time with her mum and her mum’s Italian immigrant friends, learning treasured family recipes and traditional methods.
You can also find Nadia teaching Junior Chef and Italian cooking classes, where she loves nurturing the next generation of future chefs and sharing her passion for food.
