Amy's credentials from hatted establishments are many.  Currently working back at the newly hatted "Bar Lourinha" with Matt McConnell, Amy's career highlights have included working for three years with Frank Comorra"Movida Original” as Senior Chef de Partie, "Movida Aqui" and"Casa Ciuccio". Amy resided in Spain for a year and travels back annually for a month with her Spanish husband. The annual visit always inspires Amy and re-enforces her love of the Spanish way of life, culture and food. Whilst there Amy often spends time learning knew culinary skills including her latest culinary obsession, Mexican cuisine.  Her culinary repertoire on Spanish food & tapas is extensive.
