Chef/Author -Tracey Lister Vietnamese Demonstration Class

Join Chef and author of two outstanding  Vietnamese cookbooks Tracey Lister in this demonstration class as she showcases the variety and versatility of Vietnamese cuisine. You will come away with a broad understanding of ingredients and techniques. 

We have enjoyed catching up with Tracey on our Vietnam Culinary tours in Hanoi over the years. She is a wealth of culinary and cultural knowledge and we are thrilled to welcome her to Food I Am. 

MENU

  • Spring rolls with Rockling, Pineapple and Dill (fresh not fried)
  • Banana Flower Salad with Prawn and Pork 
  • Beef in Betel Leaf
  • Classic Dipping Sauce
  • Baby Chicken Char grilled with Kaffir Lime Leaf
  • Coffee with Egg

Includes – Demonstration by Tracey, sparkling on arrival, recipes, generous tasting's with wine or beer and  a Ca Phe (to bring back those holiday memories) to finish! (Vietnamese coffee)
