Pumpkin Gnocchi with Burnt Butter Sage Sauce - Our chef will teach you how to make soft as a pillow gnocchi with a beautiful sauce that you will use time and again

Lemon Meringue Tart - learn to make a lemon curd, the perfect meringue/piping techniques and a delicious sweet pastry

Cost- $60 per person


Our Senior Master Chef classes are both fun and educational and aimed at those that have had a little experience in the kitchen. Students get to roll up their sleeves and create tasty dishes that they will re create at home.
