Antipasto – Olive Oil Confit Duck filo cigars with Cinnamon and Salted Almond/ Zucchini Fritters with Mint Aioli/ Roasted Tomato with Spring Vegetable Soup
Primi - Plin (green pasta) with Goats Cheese and Asparagus – Potato, Leek and Saffron Cream
Secondi - Spatcock with Herbed Polenta, Spring Zucchini, Red Onion Petals, Sorrel and Braised Mushroom Jus
Dolce - Dessert tris – Chocolate Cannoli with Pistachio and Ricotta Cream, Calabrian Peaches, Lemon and Ginger Crumble with Vanilla Gelato
