Italian Long Lunch Feast with Melina and Tania


Melina Puntoriero from Manuelina Culinary International is back from Italy for 2 weeks to present a series of cooking classes and a long luncheon at Food I Am and we can’t wait!

Cost $115 per person

Inspired by our travels through regional Italy this multi course Italian Feast will feature traditional & modern dishes. Enjoy spectacular views from our deck whilst sipping on a vino.... What better  way is there to spend a Sunday afternoon!


Antipasto – Olive Oil Confit Duck filo cigars with Cinnamon and Salted Almond/ Zucchini Fritters with Mint Aioli/ Roasted Tomato with Spring Vegetable Soup

Primi - Plin (green pasta) with Goats Cheese and Asparagus – Potato, Leek and Saffron Cream

Secondi - Spatcock  with Herbed Polenta, Spring Zucchini, Red Onion Petals, Sorrel and Braised Mushroom Jus

Dolce - Dessert tris – Chocolate Cannoli with Pistachio and Ricotta Cream, Calabrian Peaches, Lemon and Ginger Crumble with Vanilla Gelato

Includes: Italian Feast Lunch and a glass of limocello to finish!

  • Beverages available for purchase on the day. 
  • Dietary allergies - We can cater where possible  but MUST be notified  7 days in advance. Due to the nature of these set menus we CAN NOT cater to allergies with out 7 days notice and not all courses can be substituted. If your booking is within 7 days of the event we can not cater.
