Antipasto – Olive Oil Confit Duck filo cigars with Cinnamon and Salted Almond/ Zucchini Fritters with Mint Aioli/ Roasted Tomato with Spring Vegetable Soup
Cigaro di filo e anatra con canelle e mandorla salato/ fritelle di zucca e salsa di menta / pomodoro confit con zupetta di verdurine
Primi - Plin (green pasta) with Goats Cheese and Asparagus – Potato, Leek and Saffron Cream
Plin di primavera, ripieno con formaggio di capra e asparago sul crema di novelle, porro e zafferano
Secondi - Spatcock with Herbed Polenta, Spring Zucchini, Red Onion Petals, Sorrel and Braised Mushroom Jus
Farona al forno con bastoncini di polenta alle erbe, zucchini di primavera, petali di cipolla rossa e fondo di funghi
Dolce - Dessert tris – Chocolate Cannoli with Pistachio and Ricotta Cream, Calabrian Peaches, Lemon and Ginger Crumble with Vanilla Gelato
Tris di dolce - cannoli al cioccolato con pistacchio e ricotta / le pesche alla calabrisella / crumble di zenzero e limone con gelato alla vaniglia
