This is a hands on class where dishes are cooked and contribute to a shared meal. We are unable to make separate meals to cater for specific allergies and intolerances. We do offer specific gluten and dairy free classes, please check our class calendar for details.

Nadia’s Italian heritage has strongly shaped her cooking style and passion for food. Having worked in many kitchens throughout the Riverina, she brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep respect for traditional techniques.
Now a private caterer specialising in Italian cuisine, Nadia is known for creating authentic, heartfelt dishes inspired by family and culture. She enjoys spending time with her mum and her mum’s Italian immigrant friends, learning treasured family recipes and traditional methods.
You can also find Nadia teaching Junior Chef and Italian cooking classes, where she loves nurturing the next generation of future chefs and sharing her passion for food.
