Working both individually and in groups participants will learn how to master the art of cooking some tasty favourite dishes they can then replicate in your home kitchen.

Designed to help learn important life skills and build confidence both in the kitchen and socially this is a hands-on class jam packed with fun and flavour. Students then enjoy a banquet style meal together tasting everything they've created.

  • Baked Cheese and Spinach Cannelloni with housemade tomato sauce.

  • Sweet Ricotta Balls - A delicious Italian dessert known as Castagnole di Ricotta.

CLASS INCLUDES Tuition, recipes and meal.


This is a hands on class where dishes are cooked and contribute to a shared meal. We are unable to make separate meals to cater for specific allergies and intolerances.
