Mexican Fiesta

$195 per person

Today you will make various traditional dishes coming from Mexico City and surrounding regions. You will prepare dishes rich in flavour, colour and spice. Traditional Ceviche, modern tacos and of course a delicious Margarita cheesecake mousse for dessert.

All these dishes will come together to create our Mexican Taquiza (banquet)

  • Taco al Pastor with BBQ Pork and Pineapple Salsa

  • Ceviche Cured Fish in Citrus with Coconut and Mint

  • Roasted Roma Tomato and Chilli Salsa with Corn Chips

  • Charred Corn Salad with Pickled Jalapeños, Lime and Coriander

  • Carne Carnitas Torta Slow Cooked Beef Brisket Mexican Slider with Caramelised Onion

  • Pico de Gallo Essential Mexican side dish

  • Margarita Cheesecake Mousse with Lime Tequila Jelly

CLASS INCLUDES Tuition, recipes and meal with regional wine, beer or soft drink.


This is a hands on class where dishes are cooked and contribute to a shared meal. We are unable to make separate meals to cater for specific allergies and intolerances. We do offer specific gluten and dairy free classes, please check out class calendar for details.
