Nothing beats wandering through the souks of Morocco. Enjoy the flavours of Casablanca & Marrakesh as we discover the secret spices and techniques of Moroccan Cuisine and tagines.

All these dishes will come together to create a Moroccan Feast!

  • Pumpkin and Cinnamon Pastries with Harissa Yoghurt

  • Broad Bean Dip with Dukkah Spiced Lamb

  • Roast Carrot, Date and Chickpea Salad

  • Tagine of Potato, Peas, Saffron and Green Olives

  • Duck Legs Braised with Honey, Ginger and Quince

  • Vanilla and Orange Blossom Poached Pears with Pistachio and Yoghurt

CLASS INCLUDES Tuition, recipes and meal with regional wine, beer or soft drink.


This is a hands on class where dishes are cooked and contribute to a shared meal. We are unable to make separate meals to cater for specific allergies and intolerances. We do offer specific gluten and dairy free classes, please check out class calendar for details.
