Long Lunch Charity Auction
Hi Tania, I just wanted to touch base and thank you for last Thursday night. The event went so exceptionally and was exactly what we were after - relaxing evening where everyone could network and get to know each other, delicious food and to showcase a local venue success story. Food I Am certainly delivered! Everyone had a wonderful time with a lot of people coming up to me saying it was the best food they had ever had!
Thank you so much for all of your efforts in pulling together this awesome event for us. Plus thank you so much for bringing Food I Am to Wagga. We are so lucky to have it.
A huge thankyou to Tania, Nerida and the team at Foodiam for looking after us from start to finish! I hosted a Long Lunch Charity Auction event, with 88 guests in attendance, in their beautiful marquee. They truly exceeded my expectations - the whole day went without a hitch, and was absolutely out of this world!!! Three amazing and plentiful courses, presentation was devine, and the consistency and service was outstanding! All my guests are still talking about it!!!

Hi Tania, I just wanted to write to you to thank you for an amazing day last Saturday for Emma's Hens day lunch. A big thank you to yourself, Michelle and staff for the absolutely wonderful evening we had recently at Foodiam. The evening was just perfect and all our team here at GHD had a fantastic time.
It was a brilliant ending for a big year at GHD. I have already made a couple of the dishes we prepared and one is definitely going to be prepared for Christmas Day. Loved the venue and everything about Foodiam – what an asset for Wagga Wagga. Well done. Thank you once again

I just want to say thank you again for the wonderful tapas and paella class we did yesterday with Amy.
During a recent trip to Europe I took part in two cooking classes. One in Paris and one in Tuscany. Whilst they were both fantastic experiences, I have to say that the class I did with Food I Am was better than both of them! The 'hands on' experience and the intimate and informative atmosphere at Food I Am is second to none.
Just a quick note to thank everyone involved at Food I Am for our event on Saturday night. WOW, what a set up !! The service, food, atmosphere…………couldn’t have wished for any better.
Regardless of anyone’s offering, staff determine the outcome and you certainly have some of the best !! Nerida and Melina were AWESOME !!!
Hi Tania. We had such a good night again last night. Always feels like a party. Warmly welcomed by Anne Marie. Soon created not only great food but also a friendly ambience. The meal tasted delicious and was generously served.
On behalf of WDF Professional we just wanted to say a massive thank you for Friday night. We all had such a great experience and the feedback from our team has been extremely positive.
I would like to take this as an opportunity to share my experience with food i am. When I came across the various classes in food i am I thought it would be a perfect platform for me to learn and explore my love for cooking
A big thank you for the wonderful bread making course last Saturday. I have since made a ciabatta loaf which turned out very well & am so excited to keep going.
