Our guest chef Luke Piccolo is the restauranteur and chef of renowned regional restaurant Limone Dining. A Griffith local with Italian heritage, Luke grew up surrounded by food and culture. He has travelled and worked in Italy, gaining a wealth of experience working in Michelin starred restaurants. He has also worked with some of Sydney’s top chefs at acclaimed restaurants including Nino Zoccali from Pendolino and Giovanni Pilu from Pilu at Freshwater.
