Saturday night was wonderful, beautiful food, wine and venue, thanks again.

My husband and I were invited by friends to attend the Food I Am event in Wagga Wagga featuring Frank Camorra of MoVida fame. At first we thought that the ticket price was quite expensive, however the night was so intimate and special we felt we got extremely good value for our money. 

Just to let you know - had a great time at the baking class last night. Picked up lots of hints and lots of goodies. Would recommend to all.

Just wanted to thank you and Melina and your team for a fantastic class and evening last Saturday. I don't give 'things' as gifts nowadays, I much prefer to give events and opportunities and memories.

Thanks for organising the event last night Tania. It was great and I look forward to making sour dough...a fun night!

I was just finishing off the last of the macarons from our Sunday morning class, and it was even more delicious than the previous few days. 

Thanks again Tania for such a fantastic Tapas and Paella class! You always create such a sense of fun, starting with the welcome drink and lasting right through to the end of the night. And Amy is the perfect teacher to fit with your cooking school...

Thank you very much for a wonderful time today. The cooking class was great: so informative and such fun. Gloria has such a lovely presence. And it was good to learn about the produce of the region and where we can source it. The local Manor Bier wine was an added bonus!
